Lower back pain management one 2 one personal training sessions are focused on reducing or eliminating your lower back pain in the long term. I will guide you through exercises and movments over a number of sessions along with exercises for you to do at home which will strengthen, increase endurance and help to reduce lower back pain. Achieving the correct technique takes practice but soon you'll become more comfortable and burn even more calories. In an hour you can burn more calories than using a stairclimber!
